What’s white and grey and sweet all over? It’s our girl Phoebe. You’ll just want to pick her up and squeeze her.

She’s a perfect Shih Tzu mix, who, at 11 pounds and 12+ years old, is ready to have some serious cuddle time with her new family. Phoebe is such a snuggler, you’ll love to have her nearby for TV watching or car rides to grab a puppachino.

Phoebe’s going to make someone a wonderful pet, but there are few things a potential new family should take into consideration. Phoebe is deaf and partially blind and requires daily eye drops.

She’s adapted like a champ to these challenges but she will need her new family to commit to keeping her safe in her new home.
