Oliver

Hello, kind human.  My name is Oliver and I am a 9 year old 22lb ChiWeenie.  What’s a ChiWeenie you ask?  It’s a wonderful mix of Chihuahua and Dachshund.

The kind folks at Forever Loved took me right in from a shelter where I was struggling with all the chaos that goes along with lots and lots of scared and homeless dogs.

Right away I was scooped into the loving arms of a foster home and by the end of the first day, I was already starting to blossom.

My foster mom says that I am a happy guy and I have a fun, relaxed personality. I love car rides and enjoy looking out while we travel together.

I’ve had my teeth cleaned and my bloodwork came back great.

I would absolutely love to be in a home where you aren’t gone 10 hours a day because I like to hang out near my favorite humans. I take just a minute to warm up to strangers, and I thrive in a calm and quiet lifestyle, so if there are children in any prospective home, I’d love for them to be respectful of me and know that I’m not a stuffed toy.

Did I mention that I am house trained? I am, but I prefer grass or turf and I like it when you come outside with me and keep me company.
