Hi, I’m Oscar! Tall legs, cute face, 22 pounds of charm. I’m 8 years old and a Chihuahua mix with a heart that just wants a fresh start.

I’ll be honest: I’m shy at first (especially with men), but win me over with patience and snacks, and I’ll be your most loyal sidekick. I’m house-trained, love quiet walks, ride like a champ in the car, and I’m discovering the joy of Starbucks pup cups. I also get Zoomies with a toy in my mouth when it’s dinner time. I sing when my foster mom asks if I want to go out. My foster mom says if she didn’t have to travel so much I would be home.
