Forever Loved's Forever Foster Dogs Program

Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary created this program for senior dogs that have a behavioral issue discovered during their stay with us at the Sanctuary or in a foster home, such as being human selective, hesistant to accept human touch, extremely dog aggressive, and unable to adapt to new environments without extreme stress.

Chacha

Chacha came to Forever Loved in 2022 when her owner thought it was "his time." Chacha proved her wrong. At 15 years old, he enjoys good food, snuffle mat time and destroying toys. Chacha does have a hard time with human touch but has improved with his foster mom.

Honey Bee

Honey Bee came to us in 2022 from a hoarding situation in Pinal County. Once at our Sanctuary, we discovered she was not good with other dogs. As she started to lose her sight, new people became scary to her. Unfortunately, only a select few volunteers can safely interact with Honey Bee, she is most likely to become a permanent sanctuary resident.

Ruby

Ruby joined us in 2016 with her sister Zoey, when their owner took her own life. Ruby would not accept human touch and it took 2 weeks before we could put a collar on her. After a few years of living her best life at our Sanctuary, we found it best to call this home. At 15 years old, Ruby is our Sanctuary Ambassador, welcoming all the new dogs.
