Meet Bailey, a 12-13-year-old Shih Tzu mix with a lively personality and a talkative nature.

He's best with someone mostly at home, enjoys short cuddles, and loves exploring the apartment. His wobbly legs are improving, and he's surprisingly agile during his morning outings.

Bailey is:
