Lola (#2) came to us when her owner passed away, leaving herself and 3 other dogs needing new homes too. When Lola came to us, she had a large chest lipoma, which we had removed, and it is healing well; she also had a dental.
Lola is a 7-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing 22 lbs. She is just a happy girl with a lot spunk.
Lola is doing great in her foster home, living with 5 other dogs of various sizes — plus a cat! They report that she is a feisty little girl that takes no bull from other dogs.
Lola has learned to navigate steps, which she now uses to gain access to the couch and bed. She is a quick learner and has learned her “spot” for meals and treats in her foster home.
She has some basic commands under her belt such as “stay”, “out”, and “off”; is learning more every day. She walks well on a leash and loves the car.
Lola really has a sweet personality and likes to snuggle at night. She will do well in just about any environment, including a home with children.
