Thomas's journey started as a stray at Maricopa County Animal Care and Control. A mass on the inside of his rear left leg landed him on the euthanasia list. That's when Forever Loved stepped in!

Meet Thomas, the 11-year-old 65 lb. Pit Bull Terrier with a heart of gold. Resilient and affectionate, Thomas's friendly nature has won hearts with our volunteers, and at 11, he's still a playful soul, enjoying toys and joyful playtime.

Under our care, Thomas had a benign mass surgically removed from his rear left leg. He had a couple more masses removed which were identified as mast cell tumors. This means Thomas gets 2 Benadryl pills/day to impede the progression of more mast cell tumors. Easy peasy!

Despite initial medical challenges, Thomas is ready for a new chapter where he’ll happily follow you around with a toy in his mouth. He may thrive with a submissive canine friend or be happy to be your only.
