Originally came to us after being relinquished to one of our partner rescues due to the owner needing to enter hospice care and no next of kin. Monkey is not used to tension on his neck, so he needs a patient foster who will walk him on a harness. He uses the dog door well and appears to be housebroken. Would benefit from someone willing to help him build his confidence as he can be a little bashful.
